You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Creators are responsible for the content they publish on Slushy. All content must comply with applicable laws and our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach these guidelines.
Slushy facilitates transactions between creators and their supporters. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Creator payouts are processed according to our published payout schedule and are subject to applicable fees.
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By posting content on Slushy, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. The Slushy name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.
Slushy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
